Aromatherapy Crystals

These crystals are used to help open up nasal and sinus passages. Simply open the top of the jar and inhale as deeply as needed.

If scent dissipates put in microwave (with lid off) for 10 seconds at a time to renew.

You can also put in warm water and inhale the steam or put in a room diffuser for a restful sleep. If you have bad sinus trouble we suggest looking at our Sinus Herbal Pack(which can be found under the Spa Essentials Herbal Creations heading) for home relief and use the Crystals for mobile relief.

Please note that this product does contain Eucalyptus essential oil so those who are sensitive should not use.
